WHEREAS:-


1. The Franchisor has been carrying on the business of placement in the name and style of ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”.
2. The Franchisor is the registered owner of ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” as referred to above.
3. Pursuant to the discussion between the parties, the Franchisor wishes to appoint the Franchisee of the business of Placement in India under the name and style of ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND RECORDED AS FOLLOWS:-

1. The Franchisor hereby appoints the Franchisee for the business of placement in the name and style of ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”


2. The initial period of the present Franchise shall be for a period of commencing from and expiry on (till GuruKrupa live).
   If not terminated after the expiry of the above period, by the mutual understating of both parties this agreement may be extended for a further period with the same process, with the condition that the Profit sharing ratio and compensation amount can be revised as per firm policy at that time.


3. The Franchisee have paid to the Franchisor a lump sum Franchise compensation of Rs.(Rupees Only), by cheque (), Dated , Bank as the Franchise compensation not refundable.


4. To support Franchise, Franchisor will provide 100% of your provided other HR Services (in both 100% & 75% form) and 100% of Recruitment in 75% & 50% form till total paid received to you + interest + foreclosure charges (If on finance). Instant pay-out terms & other category sharing terms will be constant as per given below table. On the last date of agreement period, if total received amount is less than total paid, than remaining amount will be converted to Franchisor compensation, as Franchise has used Firm machinery


Portal – Franchisor can provide Job Portal login if Franchisee demanded so. In login, Franchisee has rights to downloading and Mails up to 1000 per month are included in the package and as per time to time intimate by Franchisor.


Franchisor provides 100% for Lifetime 50k 100% for 3 years 30k 75% for 2 years 20k 50% for 1 year 10k portal for year.


On-demand Franchisor can provide other Job portals on concessional rate. This amount also reimburses from other HR Services 50% provided by you on received.


You shall not share with any other Individual/Company/Consultant/Third Party your password and identifications.


Job portal is not in control of Franchisor. In case Portal not work Franchisor will not be responsible.


You shall not use the content for or send spam’s and /or send unsolicited emails for commercial or other purposes. In case of miss use of Job portal it will close for remains time.


5. The Franchisee will at no time claim any right, title, and interest on the name of ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” as same is the exclusive ownership of the Franchisor.


6. It is agreed by both parties that agreement will be cancelled or terminated if the Franchisee fails to pay compensation of the Franchisor within a week time or as decided in agreement. Without payment receipt (bank statement) this agreement will not be valid.


7. Franchisee shall be authorized to establish an office premise within India with support from the Franchisor under the name ’‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” and henceforth can also be called “Branch Head” of that office.


8. Franchisee shall be authorized to hire employees as per the branch office requirements and shall be authorized to issue appointment letters as well as experience, Reliving letter to the employees on behalf of ’‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” being the “Branch Head” of the specific branch office.


9. The Franchisor has the liberty to terminate this FRANCHISEE agreement immediately in event of a breach of contract or illegal activities of the business. In case of termination/cancellation of Franchisee agreement compensation paid by Franchisee will not be refundable.


10. Either of the party wishing to put an end to this Franchise Agreement earlier shall have to give notice at least two months in advance for such termination. In case of termination/cancelation of the Franchisee agreement during the agreement period, the compensation paid by Franchisee will not be refundable.


11. The Franchisor shall transfer % of the received amount to the Franchisee for their Recruit candidate from Client Company, on successfully completing secure period by the candidates in their respective Company, The Franchisor shall pay the receiving amount to the Franchisee same day or within seven days through cheque or net banking, for the providing placement/ recruitment to the person/s or Companies on the name of ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”.


12. Franchisor shall provide Phone & Net bill up to Rs 1000/-once in a month - For both 100% application from your provided other HR services and on payment received. And for 75% from any HR Services, & for 50% application - from Recruitment bill. Current month Franchisee expenses can be adjusted with pay-out only. In first 100% Agreement form, your provided other Hr services profit will be equal divided after Office rent, staff salary, and office Light & Phone bill.


13. Franchisor shall provide 6% annual interest if payment delayed more than 7 days from ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”.


14. Franchisee authorized and responsible to follow up with a client for cheque/NEFT of their provided services with the name of GuruKrupa Placement & Education Solutions Pvt Ltd


15. The Franchisor shall not be responsible if the candidate left or not join The Company. Or Client Company fails to pay, the generalist order not come as per expectations, vacancy in the company decreased or closed.


16. Both the parties agreed that business information should be confidential.


17. It is mutually agreed between the parties that Franchise shall not publish/print/advertise in a newspaper or online/Facebook in whatsoever manner against the Franchisor.


18. It is mutually agreed by both the parties that Franchisee cannot remunerate charges from candidates for recruitment/placement in whatsoever manner.


19. The Franchisee shall not use the name ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”b for any illegal or unlawful purpose nor shall he part with the franchise/facility to any other person/s or third party in any manner whatsoever.


20. The Franchisor shall not be responsible for any omission or commission to commit by the Franchisee.


21. Franchisee shall have to follow the local laws while working under ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD”. Franchisor shall not pay any penalty for illegal/unlawful activities carried out by Franchisee.


22. Pursuant to the discussion between the parties, the Firm wishes to appoint the FRANCHISEE of the business of Placement under the name and style ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” with full business setup for the betterment of the Placement business with good intentions. In case, if FRANCHISEE by any reason does not gets result as per his/ her expectation, for that ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” will not be made responsible


23. Franchisee cannot join or provide direct services to the ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” Client during the agreement period and after 12 months from contact.


24. In the event of any disputes and differences between the parties, the courts at Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction to try and entertain the same.


25. I have read the entire content of the Franchisee Agreement, and I agreed that content written in the Agreement will only be followed. There will be no dispute/Claim in the future on compensations paid to ‘‘M/s. GURUKRUPA PLACEMENT & EDUCATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD” at the time of Agreement.


26. In 50% sharing form only Recruitment work will be provided.

Example – Security agency, Skill India, MSCIT course, Medical licence etc, here required additional amount on every new location code.	Franchisee have to pay additional cost
